AI chatbot for the Kazakh National University of Sports
Task
The university in Astana trains coaches, physical education teachers, and sports managers. Applicants reach out in Kazakh, Russian, and English. During the admissions campaign, the admissions office receives a flood of identical inquiries: admission requirements, deadlines, tuition fees, grants, and practical exams.
What we did
An AI bot that understands and responds in three languages — Kazakh, Russian, and English — based on the university's knowledge base: degree programs, admission requirements, deadlines, and tuition. Operates across two channels: on Telegram at @knus_ai_bot and via a widget directly on knus.edu.kz.
If a question goes beyond the knowledge base, the bot does not hallucinate an answer: it prompts the user to rephrase and displays topics it can assist with.

Online store for measuring instruments Pribory
The task
The store sells high-precision measuring equipment — calibrators, pyrometers, oscilloscopes, thermal imagers. Order values range from 17 thousand to half a million hryvnias; the buyer is an engineer or a procurement department. Some items are added to the cart immediately, while complex ones are purchased after agreeing on configuration, quantity, and delivery times.
What we did
Catalog with filters by category and manufacturer — ten global brands, including Fluke, Rohde & Schwarz, Megger, RIGOL. Ukrainian and English versions.
Two checkout paths in a single interface: a cart for standard items and a “Request quote” form with company, quantity, and comment fields for items requiring confirmation. Callback requests are available from any page.

Alto Vita Group website — premium renovations
Task
The company operates in the Greater Toronto Area: complete apartment and house renovations, pre-sale property preparation, standalone kitchen and bathroom projects. An English-language website was required to demonstrate the quality of work and capture leads.
What we did
Corporate website in English: services, portfolio with filters by property type, workflow description from consultation to handover, inquiry form.

BestNET ISP website
Task
The ISP serves Brovary district with 4,500 subscribers. The website had remained unchanged since 2014: the coverage section was empty, and pricing plans had not been updated for two years. The company operated under two brand names with separate billing systems, and subscribers did not know which customer portal to log into.
What we did
A new website with address lookup on the first screen — the visitor's main question is answered without scrolling. The two brands are united under a single brand, and user accounts are routed by settlement rather than brand name.
Dedicated pages for each settlement and residential complex. A network status page linked to the subscriber's address.

Telegram bot for server management
Task
To perform a routine action on a server, the administrator had to get to a computer, log into the control panel, and find the right node. At night and on weekends, this meant a delayed response to any minor issue.
What we did
A Telegram bot connected directly to the virtualization system API. Routine operations are performed via buttons — without searching for the right node in the control panel.
Now an action takes only as long as opening a chat on a phone and tapping a button: response time dropped from 15 minutes to one.

Yang Lab website, University of California San Diego
The task
The University of California San Diego laboratory conducts cancer cell research. The website was needed as a showcase for the scientific community: research areas, team members, a list of publications — and to allow candidates to apply for positions in the lab.
What we did
“Research”, “Team”, “Publications” sections, photo galleries, a recruitment page, and contacts. Form submissions go straight into the admin panel, while texts, team members, and publications can be updated by the lab independently — without a developer.
The project was done free of charge.
