“Where is my order?” — a question a manager shouldn't have to answer

Order status, delivery, availability, and returns — from your systems, in chat, 24/7. The manager stays where they are actually needed.

What comes into the store chat

  1. “Where is my order”

Question number one. The answer is in the system — a human retrieves it, and does so dozens of times a day.

  2. “Is it in stock”

Size, color, restock date. The customer asks in chat because they didn't find it on the site or didn't trust what they saw.

  3. “How much is delivery”

City, method, timeframe, free shipping threshold. The exact same numbers every day, with a risk of error.

  4. “How to return”

Return and exchange terms. Less frequent, but an error in the answer is costly.

Payment methods Answer source “Shipping and payment” page

The bot shows order status only after identifying the customer — by order number and phone, or via personal account.

What changes during peak season

  • Peaks don't require extra staff

Black Friday and pre-holiday weeks don't require hiring a chat support team for two weeks and then disbanding it.

  • One answer across all channels

The website, Telegram, Instagram, and app pull answers from a single knowledge base. Delivery terms do not differ across channels.

  • Complex cases reach a manager

Complaints, non-standard returns, wholesale requests — handed over to a human with full dialog context.

What stores ask

Will the bot see customers' personal data?

It shows the order status only after customer identification and does not pass personal data to the model. Conversation logs are accessible only to you.

We have 20,000 products — will it know everything?

The catalog connects to the knowledge base and updates along with the website. Stock availability is fetched at the moment the question is asked, not from yesterday's copy.

What about Instagram?

It connects as a separate channel with the same knowledge base. This is an add-on to the package — it is listed in the table on the “Pricing” page.

What if the bot makes a mistake with the price?

The price is taken from the catalog, not generated by the model. If it is not in the catalog, the bot says it does not know and passes the question to a manager.

We sell on marketplaces

A marketplace chat operates by its own rules; the bot works on your channels. Consolidating inquiries from marketplaces is a separate task, estimated after an audit.
