Invoice not arriving by email
accountingTelegram requests that don't get lost in chat history
A client texts the bot — the request becomes a ticket with a number, assignee, and status. You see the board, the client sees what's happening with their issue.

What changes for support operations
-
No lost requests
Every message becomes a numbered ticket. No need to scroll through chats or remember who asked what on Tuesday.
-
Clear accountability
Each ticket has an assignee and a status. Issues don't hang unassigned waiting for someone to notice them.
-
Status updates for clients
Status updates arrive in the same chat where the client sent the message. No follow-up calls asking for updates.
-
Periodic reports
Ticket volume, topics, resolution rate, and response times. Clear visibility into where support time actually goes.
Request flow
-
Message
The client writes to the Telegram bot in their own words, without forms or contract numbers.
-
Ticket
The bot creates a ticket: number, topic, timestamp, contact info. The client immediately receives the ticket number in response.
-
Department queue
The ticket lands in the relevant department's queue — the on-duty staff gets a notification instead of searching through a chat.
-
Status update to client
Every status change is sent back to the same chat. Once resolved, the client knows it's closed.
If a request is misrouted, the ticket is transferred to another queue: the number and full history stay intact.
Ticket board
On the left: what the client sees in Telegram. On the right: what your on-duty staff sees. Statuses, columns, and assignees are configured to match your workflow.

botThis is an example board, not your data. In your project, columns, statuses, and queues are configured to match your processes, and tickets can be sent to your CRM or billing system.
Messenger chat vs. ticket system
| Just a chat | Ticket system | |
|---|---|---|
| Finding a request | Just a chat Scrolling through chat history | Ticket system Ticket number, filter by status and topic |
| Assignee | Just a chat Whoever saw it first | Ticket system Assigned, visible in the ticket card |
| Deadline | Just a chat Whenever someone remembers | Ticket system SLA and reminders before the deadline |
| Status for the client | Just a chat They have to ask | Ticket system Sent to the same chat automatically |
| Reporting | Just a chat None | Ticket system Requests, topics, response and resolution time over a period |
For the client, the channel does not change — they still write in Telegram. Only what happens on your end changes.
What is configured for your processes
| Item | How it is configured |
|---|---|
| Statuses | How it is configured Custom names and order: from “New — Closed” to longer approval chains |
| Queues | How it is configured By department: support, accounting, sales, field team |
| Assignees | How it is configured Roles and shifts instead of one person handling all requests |
| Deadlines | How it is configured Response and resolution SLAs, reminders before the deadline expires |
| Notifications | How it is configured To the department chat, directly to the assignee, or to both |
| Reports | How it is configured By period: volume, topics, response time, share resolved by bot |
Settings live in the admin panel — you can change statuses and queues without a developer.

Frequently asked questions about tickets
Why use tickets if there is a support chat?
In a chat, a request gets lost among other messages, and "who takes this" is decided verbally. A ticket has a number, an assignee, and a deadline — and it stays in the list of open tickets until it is closed.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. The client writes on Telegram as they did before. The ticket is created on your end.
What if we already use a CRM?
Then tickets go there: requests, client info, and statuses sync both ways. This is a separate package — the scope depends on what your CRM supports.
Who responds when no one is around?
The bot accepts requests 24/7 and assigns a number immediately. A human response follows your SLA, and the client sees from the first minute when to expect it.
How much of our time will this take?
Audit takes 2 days, knowledge base 5 days, pilot on a segment of subscribers. On your end — someone who knows the tariffs and emergency protocols, for 3–4 hours of discussions.
