A system administrator who never quits

Monitoring, updates, backups, and incident response on subscription. No sick leave, vacations, or handover along with passwords.

30 min
incident response
9 000 ₴ / mo
basic subscription
24/7
server and link monitoring

What the subscription covers

  • Incidents detected before you notice

Monitoring tracks servers, links, and backups 24/7 and triggers an alert before the first calls from employees.

  • Backups that are verified

A backup without a restoration check is not a backup. We verify on schedule and show the results in the report.

  • Transparent hours

The report shows what was done and how much time was spent. Hours not in the report are not billed.

  • The same engineers

You are supported by someone who knows your infrastructure, not the next available specialist in the queue.

Response time under subscription

Server or link down What we do Start working When 30 minutes, 24/7
Service down for some employees What we do Start working When 2 hours during business hours
Questions, configuration, access What we do Add to queue When Same business day
Scheduled maintenance and updates What we do Perform on schedule When In the agreed window

Timeframes in the table are for the basic subscription. Stricter SLAs are defined separately in the contract. Numbers are preliminary and confirmed with the client.

How we start

  1. 1 2–3 days

    Infrastructure audit

What exists, where it lives, who has access, and what is not backed up. The deliverable is a list of risks, not a sales proposal.

  2. 2 3–5 days

    Handover

Access credentials, documentation, monitoring. We set things up so the next administrator can take over in a day.

  3. 3 monthly

    Subscription work

Monitoring, updates, backups, employee requests. At the end of the month — a report with hours spent.

  4. 4 as needed

    Development

Network design, migrations, redundant links — as separate jobs on top of the subscription, with a separate estimate.

Pricing and timeline

The basic subscription covers day-to-day operations. The second one is when you also need infrastructure: network, redundant links, contractual SLA.

When you don't need outsourcing

  • If you have a laptop and a printer — the subscription won't pay off, to put it plainly
  • We don't take on infrastructure without full access
  • We don't work "on call" for critical systems: reacting from scratch takes longer than you need

Questions about the subscription

How is this better than an in-house administrator?

A subscription doesn't go on vacation and doesn't quit along with the passwords. If the workload is consistently full-time, an in-house administrator is cheaper, and we will tell you so after the audit.

What is included in the subscription hours?

Employee requests, configuration, updates, minor tasks. Monitoring and backups are not counted towards the hours — they run continuously.

What if you run out of hours?

We continue hourly at the same rate or switch to a larger subscription plan. We do not stop work in the middle of an incident due to limits.

Do you do on-site visits?

In Kyiv — yes, by arrangement. Visits to other cities are billed separately and are not included in the subscription.

Who holds the access rights?

You do. We work under our own accounts, which you can revoke at any time, and leave documentation so everything can be handed over in a day.

Let's look at what you currently have

Tell us how many servers and workstations you have and who handles them now — we will calculate the subscription. An audit will show what breaks most often and what can be resolved without us.
