- Chat bot conversation history. Text of your questions and bot responses. We do not ask for personal data in the bot and advise against submitting it there.
- The website URL you entered in the demo. Along with the pages read by the crawler to assemble a draft knowledge base.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit time.
Why
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss the task — this is the only reason we collect contact details.
- To demonstrate how the demo works: the bot answers your questions using parsed pages.
- To protect the form and bot from automated requests — otherwise they turn into a spam channel.
- To understand which pages are read in order to fix those that do not work. Anonymized statistics are sufficient for this.
We do not sell contacts, do not share them with advertising networks, and do not subscribe you to newsletters without your action.

- Anti-bot protection service. Verifies that messages are sent by humans.
- Language model provider. Receives the text of your question and knowledge base snippets to generate a response. Contact details from inquiries are not shared there.
- Web analytics. Anonymized visit statistics, if analytics is enabled.
