The interface is written once and built for both platforms. What is actually different across platforms is calculated separately: notifications, in-app payments, background operation.

We deliver the build on time. Review in the App Store and Google Play takes from a few days to several weeks, and we have no control over this. We address initial review feedback ourselves.
Yours. The app must be published under your company's name, otherwise you are tied to the contractor. We work in your accounts, and you pay the annual Apple and Google fees directly.
No. The app connects to the same database and uses the same APIs. If they don't exist, the backend is included in the package.
Two weeks of revisions are included in the price. After that — maintenance via subscription or hourly. The app works without maintenance, but once a year it needs to be rebuilt to meet new store requirements.
