14 years in Ukrainian IT, with no rebrands or disappearing acts
We are not a startup that appeared alongside AI. Before bots, we maintained infrastructure, websites, and payments for 13 years — which is why we know where automation breaks.

How we got into bots
-
2012
First client
Contract system administration: servers, networks, small websites. A regional provider we still work with today.
-
2016
Websites and payments
Added development of websites, online stores, and payment system integrations — where infrastructure meets the product.
-
2019
Infrastructure projects
Networks and server rooms for clinic chains, providers, and manufacturing facilities. 24/7 monitoring as a standalone service.
-
2025
AI bots and tickets
Started with bots for our own support. Then — for clients who showed us their chats filled with the same routine.
Rules that sometimes cost us orders
-
We say “we won't take it on”
If the audit shows that a bot will resolve fewer than a third of requests, we decline and explain what to do instead.
-
Price before the contract
Packages and timelines are published. If the case is non-standard, we calculate after the audit, not “by eye” on the first call.
-
The same people from start to finish
Whoever conducted the audit runs the project and support. The project is not handed off to “another team” after signing.
-
Source for every answer
The bot shows which document it took the answer from. If there is no source, it hands the question over to a human rather than improvising.
